[Hiring] Infrastructure Service Owner @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Service Owner for a 6-month remote engagement. This is primarily a service management and stakeholder management role - not a development position. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end service lifecycle for infrastructure-related services, with a particular focus on data center capacity management and technology debt visibility.

• Own the end-to-end service lifecycle including strategy, governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement
• Act as a liaison between Business, Engineering, Operations, Vendors, and Leadership
• Define requirements, priorities, and processes for infrastructure services
• Understand capacity-related business challenges driven by AI demand and infrastructure constraints
• Gather stakeholder requirements and define processes and visibility needs for a capacity management portal
• Enhance and evolve an existing technology debt portal: gather feedback, identify improvements, ensure data accuracy and usability
• Coordinate priorities with engineering teams; participate in testing, release validation, and adoption activities
• Monitor user feedback, bugs, and enhancement requests for internal platforms

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Service Management or Service Owner roles
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams
• Experience with capacity management concepts and data center infrastructure
• Ability to define processes, gather requirements, and drive continuous improvement
• Experience with portal/tool governance, release coordination, and user adoption
• Familiarity with technology debt concepts (infrastructure modernization, platform lifecycle, compliance risk)

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification or equivalent service management framework knowledge
• Background in product ownership or service product management
• Experience with internal-facing enterprise tools and platforms
