Role Description
This role involves monitoring and supporting Deltek Vantagepoint ERP and related systems.
- Daily monitoring of Deltek Vantagepoint ERP and related systems, including integrations.
- Main point of contact for user support, handling helpdesk requests or assigning them to appropriate resources.
- Primary support contact with Deltek support and Deltek client account management.
- Maintain Deltek Vantagepoint ERP security.
- Primary contact with Accenture teams for the creation and maintenance of integrations between Deltek Vantagepoint and Accenture systems.
- Install and test new software versions in a development environment and document system defects.
- Perform research and development as needed for existing or proposed software implementations and integrations.
- Manage high-level security controls for confidential information and communicate security issues to senior management when necessary.
- Strictly maintain access to confidential information and uphold a strong regard for sensitive materials.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours, with some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
- Minimum of 10 years with progressive responsible experience in ERP systems management, analysis, and support required.
Requirements
- Consulting and/or field experience in digital manufacturing, operations, engineering, project management, or project controls.
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline required.
- Proficient with current Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Proficient with Microsoft Server & Workstation operating systems in a Microsoft Hyper-V virtual environment for custom development and testing.
- Possesses proficiency with management information systems commonly used within Accenture.
- Experience with web-enabled (SaaS) applications required.
