Role Description

We are looking for a reliable Information Typist to join our remote team. In this role, you will enter, update, and organize information into our digital systems. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with basic computer programs.

As a remote team member, you will work from home and help ensure that information is accurately recorded and maintained. No advanced technical skills are required, but strong typing and attention to detail are important.

• Enter data and information into company databases and spreadsheets
• Type information from documents into digital formats
• Review data for errors and correct mistakes when needed
• Update existing records with new or revised information
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents
• Follow company guidelines for data accuracy and confidentiality
• Communicate with team members when clarification is needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar programs)
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of online communication tools (email, messaging apps)
