[Hiring] Inflect Health Fellow @Vituity

Role Description

We are seeking 1-2 Venture Fellows to assist with key aspects of the investment process including:

• Conducting in-depth market research and delivering actionable insights through presentations and reports.
• Sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities across health, wellness, and biotech infrastructure.
• Conducting rigorous diligence on prospective and follow-on investments, evaluating financials, key metrics, and growth opportunities.
• Exploring targeted sectors, developing strategic insights, and creating detailed market maps to inform investment strategy.
• Building authentic relationships with entrepreneurs and the broader healthcare ecosystem to source deals, identify trends, and generate new opportunities.
• Supporting our portfolio companies through various ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing (or recently graduated with) an MBA, MD, MPH, or PhD with a strong interest in healthcare and technology.
• Can devote 10-15 hours per week to work with us.
• 2-6 years of experience in startups, VC/PE, investment banking, consulting, health system, health plan, etc.
• Demonstrated passion for startups, venture capital, and emerging technologies.
• Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, and company valuation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Base salary range for this position is $30.00 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
• This position is eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, based on the company’s annual performance.
• Final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
