Role Description

We are hiring an Industrial Engineer – Operational Excellence to drive Lean transformation, process improvement, and safety performance across a multi-site operation. This is a hands-on role focused on:

• Continuous Improvement
• Lean Manufacturing / Lean Logistics
• Operational Efficiency
• Safety & Risk Reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Lean / Continuous Improvement
  • Manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments

Requirements

• Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability
• Time studies and workflow optimization experience
• Advanced Excel and process mapping tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Benefits

• Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 + performance incentives
• Travel required (50–75%)
