• Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.
• Drive incident and outage resolution while maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and operations.
• Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Database Management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
