[Hiring] Implementation Manager @Athos Commerce

Role Description

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto the feed management platform, configuring product data feeds, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales handoff to live. You will also play a vital role in supporting existing clients as they migrate to new e-commerce platforms. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic input to accurately deliver projects within the expected delivery windows.

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients: gathering requirements, mapping data sources, and configuring feed rules and category mappings.
• Support clients migrating their online store to a new e-commerce platform, ensuring feed continuity throughout the transition.
• Optimize product feeds across platforms including Google Shopping, Meta, and marketplaces.
• Conduct audits of product feeds to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues (missing attributes, mismatched categories, feed rejections) identified through audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve feed-related issues across digital channels.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure implementation scope aligns with client expectations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to support data optimization projects.
• Provide training and enablement to clients on platform usage post-launch.
• Identify discrepancies between two feeds and rebuild or adjust rules accordingly.
• Schedule introductory calls with prospecting clients, providing them with a detailed timeline of the onboarding process and organizing regular progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or product feed management.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as Google Adwords, Google Shopping, Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok Shop, and online marketplaces.
• Experience working with product feeds and performance optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to rapidly get up to speed on new digital tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product data and identify opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
