Role Description

CareHarmony is looking for an Implementation professional to join our team! You will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless transition to our services. In this remote position, you will work closely with clients to:

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation or project management role
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems or solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient in using project management tools and software
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
• Experience in training and onboarding clients is a plus
