Role Description

Under the direction of a project lead, you will:

• Configure systems from end-to-end, troubleshooting errors, and conducting quality assurance testing as required.
• Lead or participate in functionality delivery sessions with clients.
• Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and implementation sessions as required.
• Flag and report potential problematic or out-of-scope requests from clients.
• Conduct technical investigation of client issues, providing detailed initial troubleshooting before escalating issues to the Development team.
• Enable successful go-lives by acting as the first line of QA before UAT with a client and final implementation.
• Assist with performing integrated system testing when new features are applied to a client system.
• Assist the Support desk as needed to solve complex system tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in any Technology, Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics (STEM) field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with SQL is a definite asset.
• Experience with application configuration within a CMS or similar environment, including configuration of fields, creation of workflows, tweaking, and implementation.
• Basic knowledge of ‘Software as a Service’ Solutions (SAAS) and experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Occasional travel is a requirement for this position, with the ability to travel within North America and Europe.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, USA, or EU.
