[Hiring] Implementation Associate @Semble

1wk ago - Semble is hiring a remote Implementation Associate. πŸ’Έ Salary: gbp 35,000 - 38,000 per year πŸ“Location: Europe

Role Description

Are you looking to make an impact and be part of shaping the future of healthcare? At Semble, we're transforming private healthcare with our SaaS clinical system. Already trusted by thousands of clinicians and used in the care of over 8 million patients, we’re the UK market leader in private primary care and the fastest-growing practice management software provider.

This role can be fully remote in the UK and EU (with occasional travel to our London office) within +/- 2 hours of the GMT time zone. We are unfortunately not able to consider candidates located outside these locations and time zones at this stage.

Reporting to our Implementation Lead, you will be part of a growing team that spans both Implementation and Migrations - working across both workstreams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new customers and smooth transitions for those migrating their data to Semble.

You will have a primary focus on migrations (circa 60% of your time), including owning key day-to-day coordination tasks and running French-language client engagements end-to-end. The remaining time will be spent supporting implementations alongside our Implementation Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Building templates and configuring system settings
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Managing time effectively, planning workload efficiently, and proactively flagging any potential delays in scheduled work
  • Managing the migrations inbox, triaging and responding to inbound queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating and delivering data export requests
  • Attending and participating in client meetings, French and English speaking, capturing requirements and advising on the data migration process
  • Supporting the Delivery Manager with scheduling and keeping migration plans up to date in tools like HubSpot and Jira
  • Liaising with third parties (e.g. previous software vendors) to gather data and align on timelines

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing operations role, ideally within SaaS or implementation support
  • Basic understanding of different data formats (e.g. CSV) and familiarity with database structures
  • A process driven mindset that thrives on structure and creating scalable, repeatable workflows
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and concurrently
  • Customer oriented, always striving for the best outcome for the customer and empathising with their needs
  • A detail-oriented person who ensures accuracy in all documentation and tasks
  • Strong documentation and workflow creation skills, with an ability to standardise processes for scalability
  • A problem solver who proactively identifies process pain points and finds innovative solutions
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, acting as a bridge between them (CSMs, Implementation and Product)
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • A curious and process-focused mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiency
  • You can demonstrate your proactive approach to self-development

Requirements

  • Bonus points for experience in Health tech or working with UK private healthcare providers
  • Previous experience implementing complex software

Benefits

  • The great feeling coming with knowing you do something that matters: shaping the future of healthcare!
  • Autonomy and ownership – This is the opportunity to build a best-in-class new function from scratch
  • 36 days off: 25 holidays + bank holidays + 3 extra days (birthday and β€˜feel good’ days) that we will expect you to take so you can recharge and rest
  • Private Health Insurance – covering physical and mental health, as well as dental and optical!
  • Hybrid & flexible work environment – work from anywhere in the UK, with also some flexibility to work across Europe. You decide how much or how little you go to the office
  • Get the tech you need - You will get the latest MacBook (unless you prefer Windows) and take your pick across a wide range of equipment to set up your home office ergonomically
  • Work alongside an inspiring team – our two founders have started Semble after a successful startup exit, and your future colleagues are all knowledgeable and innovators in their field
