Role Description

The Immigration Program Analyst will be responsible for overall delivery of all immigration services for the Austin team. The Immigration Program Analyst will be responsible for keeping abreast and incorporating the latest technology advancements and best practices used in the Austin immigration practice. The Program Analyst will also be a key contributor to larger immigration practice projects including data governance.

This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where we have a physical office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Underlying technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) desired and/or equivalent combination of relevant skills and experience.
  • 5+ years’ program management experience in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Knowledge of program management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong program/project management skills to support delivery of a global program.
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build partnerships, to work collaboratively with and through others to meet shared objectives.
  • Strong and pro-active planning and delivery focus.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines.
  • Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP), preferred.

Requirements

  • Analyze current internal operating procedures and make recommendations and execute projects.
  • Monitor regular caseload reports, stats reports, and dashboards.
  • Meet with individual contributors to prioritize matters internally and ensure that we meet/exceed service level agreements.
  • Utilize legal and other project management tools and processes to plan and execute delivery of key client projects.
  • Communicate project plans and timelines and assign tasks and monitor execution and milestones accordingly.
  • Monitor individual contributor compliance with firm best practices regarding data governance and provide direction as appropriate.
  • Evangelize technology use and best practices and identify, plan, and execute projects relating to continual improvement working with various cross-functional teams within the firm including Data Analysts, Knowledge Management, and IT.
  • Participate in onboarding individual contributors and provide regular communication and training relating data governance, technology usage, and process improvements.
  • Continually improve user interface for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify improvement and innovation opportunities and serve as liaison internally within the firm to improve and execute best practices and technology improvements.

  • In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act Transparency Notice, the expected salary range for this Illinois position is between $78,790 and $118,186.
  • In accordance with Massachusetts Frances Perkins Workplace Equity Act, the expected salary range for this Massachusetts position is between $82,867 and $124,301.
  • In accordance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this Minnesota position is between $70,637 and $105,955.
  • In accordance with New Jersey Senate Bill 2310, the expected salary range for this New Jersey position is between $82,867 and $124,301.
  • In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current scale range for this position in Cleveland, OH is $68,474 and $102,710 annually.
  • Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
