Role Description

The Hypercare Lead will be responsible for overseeing the hypercare phase of S/4 HANA implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication among stakeholders.

• 8-10 years SAP ECC / S/4 HANA experience.
• 6-8 years' experience in S/4 multi-sites rollouts hypercare planning, cutover/hypercare execution, monitoring hypercare progress, and running the hypercare command center.
• Plan and lead daily hypercare status calls with multiple work-streams/stakeholders at all levels (Client's business, IT, Service provider's deployment team).
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations of S/4 global programs.
• S/4 functional experience in at least one of the modules - OTC or MM/WM.
• Ability to work with functional and technical teams to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and create proactive actions based on identified root causes.
• Good communication and articulation skills.
• Experience in hypercare status reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
• Familiarity with hypercare exit criteria.
• Comfortable connecting with stakeholders from business and IT at all levels.

Qualifications
