Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a skilled HubSpot Implementation Specialist to help businesses maximize the value of the HubSpot platform through successful implementations, system optimization, and client enablement. In this role, you’ll lead HubSpot implementations across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub, building scalable CRM solutions, automating business processes, migrating data, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You’ll Own

• HubSpot Implementation & System Configuration
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot across:
    • Sales Hub
    • Marketing Hub
    • Service Hub
  • Build and manage:
    • Workflows
    • Automations
    • Pipelines
    • CRM architecture
    • System logic
  • Execute data migrations, including:
    • Data mapping
    • Imports
    • Validation
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and campaign structures.
  • Support HubSpot CMS and content deployment initiatives.
• End-to-End Implementation Delivery
  • Deliver projects from onboarding through deployment.
  • Participate in:
    • Discovery
    • Strategic planning
    • Configuration
    • Development
    • Testing
    • Go-live support
  • Ensure every implementation aligns with client goals and delivery standards.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Client Enablement & Consulting
  • Lead client onboarding and training sessions.
  • Educate clients on HubSpot best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions.
  • Collaborate with:
    • Project Managers
    • Solutions Architects
    • Developers
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout each engagement.
• Troubleshooting & Platform Optimization
  • Diagnose and resolve HubSpot platform and integration issues.
  • Improve:
    • CRM structure
    • Workflows
    • Reporting
    • Automation
  • Escalate complex technical issues with detailed documentation.
  • Recommend process improvements based on platform performance.
• Performance & Documentation
  • Analyze CRM performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation within HubSpot.
  • Ensure documentation remains organized and scalable.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with:
  • HubSpot Sales Hub
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • HubSpot Service Hub
• Strong expertise in:
  • CRM architecture
  • Workflows
  • Automation
  • Pipelines
• Experience with:
  • Data migration
  • System integrations

• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Experience leading:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Active HubSpot Certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Experience with HubSpot CMS.
• Background in digital marketing or CRM consulting.
• Experience working in implementation agencies or consulting environments.
• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party business applications.
