Role Description

20four7VA is seeking a highly skilled HubSpot CRM Specialist / Technical Virtual Assistant to support an integrative health medical practice in optimizing and managing its HubSpot platform. This role will focus on:

• Improving CRM functionality
• Building dashboards and reports
• Implementing automations
• Ensuring full utilization of HubSpot's capabilities

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with HubSpot CRM, particularly within enterprise-level environments, and will be comfortable handling both initial system setup and ongoing CRM management. This position will work closely with the Director of Growth Strategy and internal leadership team to:

• Streamline processes
• Improve reporting visibility
• Enhance patient lifecycle tracking through HubSpot

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in:

• Improving business efficiency
• Enhancing service delivery
• Supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years experience working with HubSpot CRM
• Experience managing HubSpot Enterprise or advanced HubSpot environments
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows, pipeline management, CRM data organization, reporting, and dashboards
• Experience setting up automations and CRM integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide proactive recommendations

Requirements

• Experience supporting healthcare, wellness, or medical practices (preferred)
• Background in CRM auditing and system optimization (preferred)
• Experience collaborating with marketing or growth teams (preferred)
• Familiarity with sales tools and lifecycle reporting in HubSpot (preferred)
