[Hiring] Hubspot & Automation Specialist @Penbrothers

Role Description

As a HubSpot Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

• HubSpot Administration
  • Manage Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Custom Objects
  • Maintain pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and user permissions
  • Support HubSpot users with questions, fixes, and troubleshooting
  • Help keep HubSpot aligned with business process requirements
• Workflow Automation
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows
  • Create automations for lead routing, alerts, lifecycle updates, and internal notifications
  • Improve or fix existing workflows when issues come up
  • Identify manual tasks that can be automated
• CRM Data Quality
  • Run regular CRM audits and cleanup
  • Manage duplicate records, outdated data, and missing information
  • Support data imports, exports, and enrichment projects
  • Help maintain CRM data standards
• Integrations
  • Support HubSpot integrations with Google Workspace and other business tools
  • Build basic automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
  • Troubleshoot sync issues between HubSpot and connected tools
  • Work with APIs and webhooks when needed, but this is not a developer role
• Sandbox & Testing
  • Use HubSpot Sandbox to test workflows, properties, reports, custom objects, and automations before production release
  • Support UAT and validation with internal users
  • Document changes before deployment
• Reporting
  • Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards
  • Support Sales and Operations reporting needs
  • Monitor CRM hygiene, lead activity, workflow performance, and funnel movement
  • Flag data issues or process gaps based on reports

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
• Experience managing Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Custom Objects
• Experience building HubSpot workflows
• Experience creating HubSpot reports and dashboards
• Experience using HubSpot Sandbox
• Experience with CRM cleanup, deduplication, and data maintenance
• Experience integrating HubSpot with Google Workspace or other business tools
• Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Can document processes and system changes clearly
