Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. A specialty coffee company is seeking a Business Support VA to take ownership of:

• Client research
• Outbound outreach
• Appointment setting
• CRM updates
• Follow-up with hospitality prospects

The VA's role is to execute the process consistently, engage prospects naturally, and book qualified coffee-tasting appointments for the owner to handle and close. Target accounts include:

• Hotels
• Private clubs
• Yacht clubs
• High-end restaurants
• Other hospitality businesses

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Previous lead generation, outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales-support experience required
• Strong phone communication required
• Experience following scripts or structured sales processes required
• CRM experience preferred
• Hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, restaurant, or B2B sales experience is a plus
• Strong written English required
• AI-tool familiarity preferred

Requirements

• Strong spoken English and professional phone presence
• Persistent and comfortable with outbound prospecting
• Able to follow a detailed SOP independently
• Natural and conversational rather than scripted
• Organized with strong CRM habits
• Confident speaking with hospitality professionals
• Reliable and consistent with follow-up
• AI-literate and comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity
• Interested in growing with the client as the role expands

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours (Hours may increase based on performance)
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: Early Morning or Early Afternoon PST – Flexible

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
