Role Description

If you are passionate about helping seniors and individuals maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life in their own homes, we would like to hear from you.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Prepare meals based on clients’ needs and preferences
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and other activities as needed
• Observe clients and promptly report changes or concerns
• Follow individual care plans and company policies
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients and their families

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans
• Dependable transportation when required for client assignments
• Previous senior care, home care, or caregiving experience preferred
