Qualifications

• Native or fully fluent Dutch speaker
• English proficiency for team collaboration
• Experience in structured interviews (B2B/B2C preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Detail oriented, with strong accuracy in data collection
• Ability to follow clear instructions accurately and meet project deadlines
• Stable internet connection, headset, and PC (Windows 10/11)
• Active Gmail account and WhatsApp for seamless project coordination

Requirements

• Previous experience in market research, telephone interviews, sales, or cold calling (bonus, not mandatory)
• Familiarity with online interview platforms (bonus, not mandatory)
