  • Data Management, Reporting & Analytics
    • Support the collection, validation, and management of contractor safety performance data from multiple global sources and systems.
    • Support, maintain, and continuously improve the global contractor safety performance dashboard, ensuring accuracy and relevance of leading and lagging indicators.
    • Support detailed trend analysis on contractor-related incidents, near misses, inspections, and audit findings to identify patterns and root causes.

    • Support the development of business cases and ROI analysis for program enhancements and technology investments.
  • Assurance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
    • Assist in the design and execution of contractor safety verification and assurance protocols, including audits, and compliance checks.
    • Coordinate and schedule contractor safety audits and inspections with regional teams, tracking completion and corrective actions.
    • Monitor contractor compliance with JLL safety standards, documenting findings and supporting the development of corrective action plans.
    • Track the implementation status of contractor safety program elements across regions and business lines, maintaining a centralized implementation tracker.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the contractor safety program by gathering feedback from operational teams and identifying opportunities to simplify processes.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
    • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and working sessions related to contractor safety program development and deployment.
    • Support the Contractor Safety Lead in preparing and delivering presentations, training sessions, and business updates to stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication between the global program team and regional/local teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including Sourcing & Procurement, HSSE teams, and operational delivery leaders.
