Role Description

The Incentives Program Manager coordinates with broader team leadership on design and execution of a health provider incentive program to accelerate health service delivery transformation.

• Directs day-to-day provider incentive management program.
• Develops application requirements in collaboration with the state client and ICF team leadership.
• Develops provider marketing materials.
• Provides operational guidance to team on coordination of provider interest.
• Oversees application submission and review process.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health policy, public administration, social sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing operational and technical requirements for competitive grant applications.
• Prior experience supervising staff.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and broad experience with management tools to track grant reviews.
• Prior experience with healthcare provider recruitment, engagement, or training, with rural, frontier, Tribal, safety-net provider experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex program, funding, and reporting requirements into clear, plain language, provider-facing materials.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, partner engagement, project management, and problem-solving skills.
