[Hiring] Head of Revenue Operations @Tiugo Technologies

Role Description

Over the next eighteen months, we are layering an enterprise, AI-led motion on top of an inbound Sales Assist motion and a product-led engine, across four brands with four histories and four stacks. This demands a revenue operations function that designs the engine rather than maintains it. The role includes:

• Designing the end-to-end customer journey across self-service and sales-assisted motions.
• Creating a single operations function serving the whole revenue motion.
• Planning and performance cadence including territory design, quota setting, and productivity modeling.
• Establishing a deal desk that shapes deal structure and pricing approach.
• Field enablement including onboarding, sales methodology, and product fluency.
• Owning Revenue Organization automation across the revenue lifecycle.
• Conducting business analysis for the revenue engine to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue or go-to-market operations.
• 5+ years leading the function at a B2B SaaS company with $30M to $150M ARR.
• Experience running operations for both product-led and sales-assisted motions.
• Deep Salesforce fluency and command of surrounding tech stack.
• Technical proficiency with data and experience deploying AI operationally.
• Experience building functions and hiring top talent.
• Comfortable in a globally distributed, multi-brand business.

• Experience improving forecast accuracy and establishing trusted processes.
• Capability to create a competitive deal desk function.
• Experience in building a field enablement function.
• Ability to monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
