Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Pricing to establish and lead a best-in-class pricing function within a global organisation. Operating at the intersection of Technology Lifecycle Management, IT Asset Disposal and refurbished hardware remarketing, this role is critical to maximising margin, driving competitiveness, and enabling scalable growth.

You will take ownership of building pricing frameworks from the ground up, leading a small global team, and implementing a data-driven, market-aligned pricing strategy for refurbished IT hardware. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Lead the Pricing Function:
  • Establish a structured, scalable pricing function and define governance, tools, and processes to support pricing decisions
• Pricing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a robust global pricing strategy for refurbished hardware
• Market & Commercial Insight:
  • Analyse market trends and monitor competitor pricing and secondary market dynamics
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive innovation in pricing models (dynamic pricing, lifecycle pricing, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience in a pricing leadership role, ideally within ITAD / Refurbished / Secondary hardware markets
• Strong understanding of refurbished hardware pricing dynamics
• Experience building or transforming a pricing function or capability
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, ideally across multiple regions
