[Hiring] Head of Infrastructure @RHF Talentos Matriz

Role Description

A highly technical, hands-on infrastructure leader (Staff/Principal/Director IC archetype) based in Latin America, North America, or Europe, with a strong preference for LatAm tech hubs (São Paulo, Bogotá, Mexico City). They possess deep expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and Pulumi. Culturally, they have intense 'builder energy,' take extreme ownership of production systems, and prefer shipping ambitiously over purely managing existing problems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and running production infrastructure in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, or similar).
• Deep production expertise with Kubernetes and multi-cloud architectures (specifically AWS and GCP).
• Proven track record of implementing Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi or Terraform) and observability/incident response systems.
• Current or very recent experience as an Individual Contributor (IC) rather than a pure people manager.
• Lack of corporate background.
