Role Description

We are looking for someone who knows how to run a casino properly. Not just someone who can add games or throw together a promotion calendar. We want someone who understands how the whole machine works:

• Game mix
• Player behaviour
• Retention
• Promotions
• Lobby
• Segmentation
• GGR
• NGR
• FTDs
• VIPs
• Sportsbook crossover
• What actually makes players come back

You will own the overall casino experience and help turn Bitfortune into the kind of crypto casino people actually want to come back to. The person who takes the chaos, joins the dots, and turns it into a proper operation.

You should be the kind of person who:

• Knows which games, promotions, and campaigns actually drive revenue
• Understands the difference between players who deposit once and disappear, and players who stick around
• Can look at a lobby, a bonus structure, or a campaign calendar and immediately see what is broken
• Understands GGR, NGR, FTD conversion, segmentation, retention, and player value
• Knows how to build a casino that feels exciting, sharp, and impossible to leave

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the casino operation end-to-end.
• Define and drive the overall casino roadmap.
• Decide which games, providers, and content should be featured, launched, removed, or prioritised.
• Own the lobby experience: featured games, categories, promotions, placement, and overall flow.
• Work with marketing, CRM, VIP, and product to create promotions, tournaments, missions, segmented campaigns, and seasonal activity that actually drives retention and revenue.
• Understand player behaviour, identify what different player groups want, and build the experience around that.
• Analyse GGR, NGR, FTD conversion, retention, deposit behaviour, game performance, and player value.
• Recommend what should be pushed, fixed, removed, or doubled down on.
• Work closely with casino operations, product engineering, CMS, and data to make things happen.
• Help shape how casino and sportsbook work together, rather than feeling like two completely separate products.
• Build a clear commercial plan around:
  • What games to launch
  • What promotions to run
  • Who to target
  • When to push harder
  • Where the money is really coming from

Qualifications

• You have run or owned a casino product before, ideally at a crypto casino, crypto sportsbook, or fast-moving iGaming brand.
• You understand casino operations end-to-end: games, players, promotions, retention, segmentation, and revenue.
• You know the numbers behind the business: GGR, NGR, FTD, retention, bonus cost, player value, and profitability.
• You understand what makes players deposit, keep playing, and come back.
• You have experience with game providers, aggregators, launches, promotions, tournaments, and casino lobbies.
• You are comfortable making commercial decisions based on incomplete information and moving quickly.
• You know how to work with marketing, product, engineering, and operations without needing a huge team.
• You understand crypto players, streamer-led audiences, and “degen” gambling culture.
• You know how to build a casino without turning it into something generic and corporate.
