Role Description
As a GTM Strategy and Operations Analyst on our GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will play a key role in helping our sales organization execute on its aggressive growth goals. The GTM Strategy & Operations function sits at the nexus of sales, marketing, finance, and product, giving you a cross-functional seat at the table to learn how a business really runs.
- Bring analytical rigor to our GTM organization: Help sales leaders make data-driven decisions by providing insights through dashboards, ad hoc analytics, and critical reporting.
- Run our operational engine: Be the point person for critical operations that help our sales team run smoothly, including territory carving, data accuracy, and applying our rules of engagement to real world examples.
- Be an overall business athlete: Get exposure to a wide spectrum of GTM functions, from sales enablement to business systems to strategic planning. Be excited by ambiguous and often changing environments.
- Be a strategic partner to sales: Partner with the sales team to help reps and leaders see around corners and creatively solve problems.
Qualifications
- You’re a self-starter: Take initiative and move projects forward, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You love spreadsheets: Google Sheets and Excel are your preferred analytical canvas.
- You write SQL or are very eager to learn: Can string together WITH statements with ease and have opinions about leading commas.
- You move fast, you lead with yes: Value velocity and output over all else.
- You sweat the details: Pride yourself on going deep on a problem and knowing the nuances better than anyone.
- You write well: Enjoy an Amazon style memo and can storyboard an analysis for a sales leader quickly.
- You push boundaries: Don’t use the word impossible and find creative solutions.
- You have prior experience in high impact functions: 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a startup.
