Role Description

We're looking for someone to build the operating system that powers Midstream's go-to-market organization. You'll design and continuously improve the systems, workflows, data infrastructure, and AI-powered automations that enable Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and Executive Leadership to operate at their best.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success through scalable operational systems.
• Experience implementing and optimizing CRM and GTM technology platforms.
• Highly analytical with a passion for building dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting.
• Builder's mindset with a focus on designing workflows and improving business processes.
• AI-native with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to increase productivity.
• Systems thinker who connects people, processes, data, and technology into cohesive operating models.
• Thrives in fast-moving startup environments with evolving priorities.
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Design and continuously improve systems, processes, and workflows.
• Build and evolve the infrastructure behind the commercial organization.
• Develop operational infrastructure supporting customer-facing teams.
• Build dashboards, forecasting models, and operational reporting.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI throughout the commercial organization.
• Work closely with various teams to understand business priorities.
