Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic, highly skilled Lead Generator with AI and Clay experience who can own the automation of inbound pipeline growth, particularly by utilizing AI-driven tools. This person will play a central role in integrating AI agents to enhance our recruiting, sales, and marketing automation workflows.
- Researching and evaluating competing tools to build and continuously improve our automation stack for candidate sourcing and marketing.
- Owning the development and implementation of AI solutions to automate processes for recruitment.
- Leading the transformation of AI within the company, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of automation.
- Driving field enablement and sales enablement with AI-powered tools to enhance team efficiency.
This role will require a person who is passionate about automation, AI, and making a significant impact on the transformation of recruitment and sales processes using the latest tools and technologies. Please keep in mind that this position is an individual contributor, very hands-on, to work closely with the founder of the company and other senior leadership team members (you will not manage a team).
Qualifications
- Proactive learner with a deep interest in exploring new tools and products.
- Comfortable with AI technology and hands-on experience utilizing AI to write code and solve complex challenges.
- AI proficiency is a requirement for the role.
