Role Description

We're hiring a full-time GTM Automation Specialist who can manage the entire outbound process, from data enrichment to campaign execution to driving qualified meetings for our clients.

• Pull and qualify leads using tools like Clay
• Write compelling outbound copy
• Launch sequences in platforms like Instantly and Heyreach
• Optimize campaigns for maximum replies and bookings

Qualifications

• Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) (required)
• Comfortable with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay)
• Experience building and launching outbound sequences
• Excellent written English (copy creation for outbound)
• Ability to follow SOPs precisely and iterate when needed
• Client-facing experience or strong customer support background
• Excellent verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
• Startup experience strongly preferred

Requirements

• Experience “vibe coding” or creating no-code automations (nice to have)
• Prior SOP creation and training documentation experience (nice to have)
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment (nice to have)
• Strong understanding of outbound metrics & optimization (nice to have)
