[Hiring] Group Supervisor, Virtual Meeting Moderator @Health And Wellness Partners

Role Description

We’re looking to add a part-time Group Supervisor, Virtual Meeting Moderator (VMM) to the Meeting Planning Team. The Group Supervisor, VMM is responsible for supporting the successful execution of virtual meetings while providing oversight, coordination, onboarding, training, scheduling assistance, reporting, and day-to-day support for the VMM team.

• Coordinate virtual meeting coverage and assignments to ensure VMM support aligns with program needs and scheduling requirements.
• Ensure Virtual Meeting Moderators (VMMs) have the accurate, complete information they need to successfully execute each meeting.
• Provide hands-on support for virtual meetings as needed, including stepping in as an assigned VMM when coverage needs arise and availability allows.
• Serve as a resource to VMMs and Virtual Programs, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support as needed.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the VMM team, helping address questions, resolve issues, identify coverage gaps, and manage escalations.
• Coordinate weekly reporting on Virtual Programs across clients and proactively follow up on short-lead meetings and meetings that still require VMM coverage.
• Oversee VMM assignments to ensure virtual meetings are appropriately staffed and coverage needs are met.
• Review and approve VMM timesheets for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
• Lead onboarding and training for new VMMs, providing an engaging introduction to team processes, client-specific requirements, virtual platform expectations, and meeting execution standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in virtual platforms e.g. Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinar, MS Teams (Internal).
• Comfortable speaking to a group and answering questions.
• Superior customer service and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly in real time.
• Calm under pressure.
