Role Description

Economic Assistance is seeking a Governance and Publication Analyst that can be Remote in North Dakota. As a Governance and Publication Analyst with the Economic Assistance division, you will help ensure the information our teams rely on is accurate, accessible, and trustworthy.

• Maintain and update Economic Assistance documents, resources, policies, procedures, and publications.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and internal partners to review existing materials.
• Develop new procedures and resource libraries.
• Determine the best ways to organize and deliver information.
• Monitor documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Ensure materials meet ADA accessibility requirements.
• Communicate updates across the division.
• Help employees locate the most current information.
• Identify opportunities to streamline document management and workflows.
• Provide feedback on existing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with others to implement changes.

To succeed in this position, you should enjoy digging into policies, procedures, and detailed information to understand how everything connects. You should be comfortable reviewing documents for accuracy and quality, identifying trends or inconsistencies, and recommending practical improvements.

• Experience with eDiscovery, electronic discovery, legal document review, litigation support, senior document review, quality control review, or review team leadership will help prepare you for this work.
• Manage changing priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to producing accurate, reliable work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two (2) years of experience related to data governance, policy creation, and document management.

Location

• This position may work from home anywhere in North Dakota with the ability and willingness to work during regular business hours.
