Role Description

We are hiring a GTM Engineer in our New Markets area in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

In this role, you will sit at the strategic intersection of Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams. As an operational amplifier for our commercial organization, you will design, build, and optimize AI-powered automations, automated workflows, and data pipelines that power our outbound go-to-market motions and help Wellhub scale globally.

Your Impact

• Automate GTM Infrastructure:
  • Design and deploy AI-powered data enrichment systems and workflows (using tools like Clay, Zapier, n8n, Salesforce, and Salesloft) to identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects and deliver high-intent leads directly to sales teams.
• Drive Commercial Personalization:
  • Build workflows that automate highly personalized messaging and deliver actionable account intelligence to SDRs and Closers to increase conversion rates.
• Execute GTM Experiments:
  • Drive, prioritize, and analyze A/B experiments and outbound pilots to accelerate regional pipeline generation and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Act as Internal Operational Expert:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and day-to-day operator for Clay, Salesloft, and Salesforce across your designated region.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration:
  • Partner closely with Global Strategy, Sales Dev Directors, Marketing, and Revenue Ops leaders to track funnel performance, synthesize feedback loops, and influence regional commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across international teams.
• Passionate about learning new tools, experimenting with AI tools (like Claude, Cursor, or AI Agents), and tinkering with automation platforms.
• Proven track record in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Technical Product Management, or Project Management managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience building workflows and automations using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Apollo), or orchestration platforms (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Relentlessly focused on practical outcomes—always asking "how will this workflow help an SDR validate more opportunities or close more deals?"
• Comfortable testing hypotheses, analyzing data (SQL/Excel), validating signals, and navigating ambiguous requirements into structured, scalable processes.
