Role Description

As the Global Events Lead, you will be the creative force behind our global events strategy, responsible for planning and executing engaging experiences that leave a lasting impression. Event Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive global events strategy aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
End-to-End Execution: Manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site coordination. Ensure flawless execution and a seamless experience for attendees.
Innovative Event Concepts: Bring creative and innovative ideas to the table for various types of events, including conferences, client appreciation events, webinars, and more. Stay abreast of industry trends to keep our events fresh and exciting.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their event needs and objectives. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to align events with broader business strategies.
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms.
Post-Event Analysis: Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent event experiences worldwide. Leverage cultural insights to tailor events to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Events Manager, preferably in a global BPO or related industry.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
