[Hiring] Global Corporate Relations Lead @The Humane League

Role Description

As Global Corporate Relations Lead, you will be part of a small, high-impact team that specializes in advancing the welfare of animals raised for food through outreach to major international food companies. Your responsibilities include:

• Engaging in dialogue and maintaining relationships with food companies, focusing on those headquartered in Asia.
• Influencing companies to transition to 100% cage-free systems for egg-laying hens in their supply chains.
• Collaborating with other animal protection groups through the Open Wing Alliance (OWA).
• Working remotely from Japan or South Korea, with domestic and international travel required.
• Maintaining a valid passport for international travel and occasionally working outside of 9am - 5pm hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean or Japanese.
• Strong cultural competency and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate high-pressure situations confidently.
