Role Description

The Global Commercial Growth Programs Operations Manager, Genomic Medicine is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, and execution discipline across global commercial growth programs for Cytiva’s Genomic Medicine business. This role partners with commercial, marketing, product, regional, and functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable operating mechanisms, measurable execution plans, and adoption-ready processes that accelerate growth, improve customer engagement, and strengthen commercial performance.

This position reports to the Commercial Excellence and Operations Leader, Genomic Medicine and is part of the Genomic Medicine Commercial Excellence and Operations team located fully remote.

What you will do:

• Lead global commercial growth program operations for Genomic Medicine, including program governance, operating cadence, milestone tracking, risk management, and leadership reporting across regions and functions.
• Partner with regional commercial teams, business unit leaders, marketing, product management, finance, and operations to drive alignment on priority growth initiatives, customer engagement processes, pipeline visibility, and commercial execution requirements.
• Translate Genomic Medicine commercial strategy into clear execution plans, success metrics, standard work, and enablement materials that support adoption by sales, sales specialists, field application specialists, regional leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and manage performance management mechanisms, dashboards, and KPI routines to monitor program health, adoption, commercial impact, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive change management and communication plans that ensure consistent understanding, engagement, and execution of global growth programs across diverse markets and stakeholder groups.
• Identify operational gaps, process variation, and barriers to execution; apply Danaher Business System principles and continuous improvement methods to simplify, standardize, and improve commercial program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• Multiple years of experience in Sales, Technical sales, commercial operations, sales operations, program management, strategic initiatives, or business operations within life sciences, biotechnology, bioprocessing, diagnostics, or a related industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional commercial programs, managing execution plans, tracking performance metrics, and driving adoption across regional or global stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Copilot, and commercial systems or analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.

Requirements

• Ability to travel – 20% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
