[Hiring] General Virtual Assistant @Wing Assistant

Role Description

We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant to start immediately!

• Pricing Management: Request, verify, and upload supplier price lists, promotional rates, and Netrivals competitor mappings into the ERP and Store systems.
• Product Sourcing: Identify unassigned SKUs, evaluate potential supplier options, and add new sourcing partners to company systems.
• PO Audit & Management: Verify supplier order confirmations against internal purchase orders (pricing, item, quantity) and draft POs as assigned.
• ETA & Status Tracking: Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, enter updated ETAs into WeClapp ERP, and notify internal teams.
• Logistics & Freight Coordination: Obtain transport quotes, generate shipping labels, and coordinate directly with carriers (UPS, DHL, DSV) for smooth order delivery.
• Customs & Issue Resolution: Prepare commercial invoices and proactively resolve shipping delays or carrier inquiries.
• Sales Support & Data Entry: Create/update SKU product data per SOPs, screen operational emails, and draft customer quotes or sales orders upon request.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
• Worked in the e-commerce/procurement industry is a plus.
• At least 18 years of age and completed Senior High School.
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational & time management skills.
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.
• Tech-savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained.

Requirements

• USB Headset with noise-cancellation feature.
• Working Webcam.
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps.
