Client's Industry: Property Management

Client business Overview:

• The company manages a large portfolio of properties.
• Handles a high volume of administrative work, including:
• Invoice processing
• Work order management
• Data entry
• Looking to scale operations and free up internal staff from tedious, repetitive tasks by leveraging a virtual assistant.

Top 3 Key Specific Tasks VA will do:

• Work order processing: Reviewing submitted work orders, ensuring photos and notes are attached, flagging items for escalation, and following up with staff for missing information.
• Invoice processing and filing: Associating invoices with the correct property, ensuring accurate records, and handling data entry related to invoices.
• Emergency dispatch/admin support: Monitoring for emergencies (e.g., flooding toilets), understanding urgency, and escalating or dispatching as needed, possibly including after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Appfolio experience
• At least 3 years Virtual Assistant experience

Requirements

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9AM - 6PM PST Monday to Friday

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package: PHP 32,500/month plus HMO

₱12,500 - ₱12,500 bimonthly
