• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current donors and prospects.
• Organize and manage fundraising events, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Research and identify new funding opportunities and potential corporate partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials for fundraising campaigns.
• Prepare reports and presentations on fundraising progress for stakeholders and board members.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising initiatives and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with donors and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using fundraising software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

$86,000-$97,000 per year
