Role Description

kpCompanies ® is seeking an energetic and driven Fundraiser to join our team. We are looking for a passionate individual who is committed to helping others and has a proven track record of successfully raising funds. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively manage fundraising campaigns.

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
• Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities through research and networking
• Plan and execute fundraising events, including logistics, marketing, and volunteer recruitment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and materials for fundraising campaigns
• Manage donation campaigns, including online and direct mail initiatives
• Track and report on fundraising progress to senior management
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Stay updated on fundraising trends and best practices in the non-profit sector

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising for non-profit organizations
• Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns and donor relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with online fundraising tools and donor database systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a positive impact in the community

Requirements

Salary: $98,000-$115,000 per year
