Role Description

We are looking for a Functional Order Management Domain Consultant – Life Sciences. You will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and transforming Order Management business processes across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare sectors. You will work closely with:

• Business stakeholders
• Quality teams
• Supply chain functions
• Manufacturing operations
• Regulatory affairs
• Digital transformation teams

In this role, you will:

• Act as the functional domain expert for Life Sciences Order Management business processes and operations.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, automation, and compliance improvements.
• Support execution of process improvement and transformation initiatives, focusing on efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality improvement.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of transformation projects in the Order Management and Fulfilment domain.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in order management processes in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Healthcare Operations, or related domains.
• Experience supporting business operations, process transformation, quality, compliance, or digital initiatives within Life Sciences organizations.
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Experience participating in business transformation, ERP implementation, quality system implementation, or digital modernization programs.
• Understanding of quality management, compliance management, risk management, and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, commercial operations, clinical operations, or regulatory processes is highly preferred.
