[Hiring] Fuel Analyst III @PrimeFlight Aviation Services

Role Description

The Fuel Analyst III provides administrative and clerical support to the Accounting Department and all stations/locations. This role involves reviewing daily fuel entries from all locations and collaborating with fuel farm operators to resolve any errors. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and a thorough knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Works with each station ensuring billings are entered in accordance with company policy.
• Assist in managing access to TCS HUB working out issues with platform company and making changes to system as business needs change.
• Troubleshoot non-working units when HUB reports problem.
• Assist in managing GSE inventory (tracking as well as PM management).
• Review and approve customer invoices prior to delivery ensuring customers are billed properly (i.e. Fuel load amounts, validating gains and losses, etc.).
• Handles vendor correspondence via phone or email.
• Work with A/R to manage fuel receivables.
• Assist in training Station Admin’s on TCS Hub and contract particulars ensuring all are billed properly, capturing cancelled flights and defuels.
• Track all flight counts for stats.
• Assist with reporting American delays.
• Review all locations daily fuel reporting for accuracy.
• Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum of 1 year in aviation balancing/reconciliation required.
• Intermediate/Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
• Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations.
• Travel requirement 5-10%.
