• Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients regarding complex logistics and shipment delivery queries.

• Resolve logistical disruptions, including shipment delays or delivery exceptions, with proactive communication.
• Collaborate with international warehouse and transport teams to streamline delivery workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery statuses and logistical documentation in our centralized tracking system.
• Provide insightful updates to stakeholders within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector to optimize service efficiency.
• Deliver professional, high-quality service tailored to the specific needs of our French market partners.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate international employment.
• Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or customer operations environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate fast-paced supply chain environments.
• Strong proficiency in digital tools and CRM software commonly used in the logistics industry.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional standards in a multicultural office setting.
