• Shift: Day Shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM), Weekends Off

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain; entry-level candidates with strong aptitude may also be considered
• Familiarity with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms, preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with load boards such as DAT or Truckstop, an advantage
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and carrier qualification standards, preferred
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Requirements

• Source, negotiate with, and book qualified carriers for shipper loads across FTL, LTL, intermodal, and other freight modes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers to support repeat business and service excellence
• Track and trace shipments from pickup through delivery and proactively communicate updates to all parties
• Resolve in-transit issues, including delays, breakdowns, and delivery exceptions, promptly
• Enter and maintain accurate load data in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Negotiate competitive freight rates while protecting company margins
• Ensure carrier compliance with DOT regulations, insurance requirements, and company standards
• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer onboarding and retention
• Generate and review shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), rate confirmations, and Proofs of Delivery (PODs)
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs, including load count, gross margin, and on-time delivery rates
