We are seeking a skilled Freelance Linguist specializing in English into Basque translation projects. This freelance position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to diverse, regular translation projects, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance that resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications

• Native in Basque with excellent command of English.
• Proven experience in professional translation and localization (minimum 3 years).
• Experience in IT and Software Localization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CAT tools and translation software is a plus but not obligatory as the projects will be mainly processed in Acclaro's cloud-based platform WordsOnline.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
