[Hiring] Founder’s Office Intern @Weekday

Role Description

We’re looking for 2 highly driven interns to work directly with the Founder’s Office. This is not a “shadow the founders and make slides” internship. You’ll work on real problems across business operations, recruiting workflows, process improvement, and special projects (0 to 1) — and be expected to take ownership from idea to execution. You’ll get a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup establishes operations at scale, and will work closely with the founding team on high-priority initiatives. Opportunity to turn the internship into a longer-term role based on performance.

• Work directly with the Founder’s Office on high-priority business operations projects
• Identify operational bottlenecks and build simple, scalable processes to solve them
• Use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve team efficiency
• Support in setting up & scaling recruiting operations across the US market
• Take on ambiguous problems where there is no predefined playbook
• Own projects end-to-end and communicate progress clearly to the founding team

Qualifications

• Extremely high ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
• Prior experience in working US hours is a plus—but not required

Requirements

• Work Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM IST / 6 PM to 3 AM IST / 11 PM to 8 AM IST (Any one slot)
• Monthly Stipend: INR 15,000 - 25,000
• Payout Structure: 15K Fixed (10k base + 5K Night Shift allowance) + 10K Performance Pay
• Duration: 3 months
