Role Description

Work directly with a founder or senior executive running a fast-growing company in the US or Europe. You'll own the operations behind how they work so they can spend their time on the work they do best. You'll move fast, think ahead, and act like a trusted partner, not a task executor. We train you on the tools and workflows that run world-class companies, then place you with a high-performance operator.

• Track and close open loops across the executive's full workload
• Task and priority management across executives and their teams
• Meeting prep, decision briefs, and post-call follow-up
• Calendar, inbox, and communications ownership
• Research and structured recommendations
• CRM management and reporting
• Proactive identification of problems before they surface
• Long-term projects that create real impact

Qualifications

• Sharp, driven, and honest individuals (you flag problems early and come with solutions)
• You work well with limited context
• Strong written and spoken English
• Genuinely curious about AI
• Based in South Africa, available during European and US business hours
• Recently graduated or early-career
