Role Description
We’re looking for a Founder/CEO to lead a venture focused on building the first AI-native insurance platform. As AI adoption accelerates, traditional policies fail to address unique risks like algorithmic errors, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory violations. This platform will develop:
- AI-specific underwriting workflows
- Real-time risk assessments
- Alternative data integrations to bridge the growing coverage gap
By partnering with existing E&O and Cyber insurers, we can drive seamless market adoption and establish a new standard for AI liability coverage in this rapidly growing space.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in insurance, risk modeling, or AI governance, with a strong understanding of underwriting, compliance, and liability coverage
- Experience in product development or engineering leadership, ideally within insurtech, fintech, or AI-driven risk assessment
- A track record of driving innovation in regulated or emerging industries, such as insurance, financial services, AI governance, or cybersecurity
Requirements
- A $250K USD investment, and an end-to-end fundraising playbook and network to raise your seed and Series A
- A validation partner with proven playbooks, networks, and the systems to validate, unlock your ICP, ignite your sales pipeline, and beyond
- The support of our experienced operating team - from business design, product development, growth, recruitment, legal and more
- Executing a winning GTM strategy to get to $50-100K ARR, and the right MVP to ensure early traction
