[Hiring] Flooring Takeoff Estimator @ReWorks Solutions

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Flooring Estimator / Material Takeoff Specialist to accurately prepare material takeoffs and support the estimating process. Flooring estimating experience is preferred, and strong communication with clients and vendors is essential.

• Prepare accurate material takeoffs from drawings, plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Calculate required quantities and materials for flooring projects.
• Review project documents to identify scope, measurements, specifications, and potential issues.
• Prepare estimates and support pricing and quotation requirements.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members to clarify project requirements.
• Obtain and confirm product, material, and pricing information from vendors.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information before estimates are finalized.
• Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.
• Meet required deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with material takeoffs and estimating.
• Flooring estimating experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent client and vendor communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
• Remote work from home.
