Visionix USA is looking for a Field Service Representative to support advanced medical and ophthalmic equipment throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and surrounding areas, and occasionally other areas of the United States.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of field service experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on biomedical equipment experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing, maintaining, or repairing medical devices.

Requirements

• Install, repair, and maintain medical and ophthalmic equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Work directly with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Manage parts, tools, and service inventory.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate service records.
• Travel extensively throughout your assigned territory, with occasional nationwide travel.
