Role Description

Stratasys is looking for an experienced Field Service Representative to join our team! If you love engaging with customers and excel at fixing and maintaining additive manufacturing equipment (3D printing), this is the perfect role for you.

• Assist customers with their Stratasys printers
• Installations, general maintenance, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and customer training
• Build ongoing customer relationships as the face of Stratasys
• Travel regularly to customer sites and work remotely

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year in a field service/representative role
• 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
• Reliable personal vehicle (no motorcycles/bicycles) with space for tools and equipment

Requirements

• 2-year Technical Degree (Nice to Have)
• Additional year of mechanical/electrical experience (Nice to Have)
• Experience with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM (Nice to Have)
• Remote work experience (Nice to Have)
• Strong customer-facing skills (Nice to Have)
• Proficient in computer technology (Nice to Have)
• Self-starter and self-reliant attitude (Nice to Have)
