Ken's Gutters is a fast-growing U.S. home service company managing large-scale gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning projects for apartment communities across the United States. We're looking for an experienced Field Service Dispatch Coordinator based in Colombia to remotely manage field service operations in an assigned U.S. territory.

You will coordinate technicians and subcontractors, manage changing schedules, communicate with customers and field teams, solve day-to-day operational problems, and track projects through completion. This is a high-ownership role. You own the delivery process in your assigned territory. When something goes wrong, you're expected to take initiative, find a solution, and make sure the customer and field team are taken care of.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily schedules for technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate multiple field service projects across your assigned territory.
• Communicate with U.S. customers, property managers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Handle cancellations, weather delays, crew conflicts, customer requests, and last-minute changes.
• Make sure crews have the information they need to complete each job.
• Track projects from scheduling through completion.
• Follow up on outstanding issues and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Take ownership of problems and keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, installers, maintenance teams, or other field-service crews.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, construction, restoration, landscaping, pest control, property maintenance, appliance repair, or other home/field services is strongly preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple active jobs and changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Confidence communicating directly with customers and field crews.
• Experience using scheduling, job-management, CRM, and communication systems.
• A reliable internet connection and professional remote-work environment.

Requirements

• This is a field service and technician coordination role, not a freight, cargo, trucking, or transportation dispatch position.

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Friday
• 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST OR 11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
• Remote position based in Colombia

This Role Isn't for Everyone

Some days everything will go according to plan. Other days, a technician becomes unavailable, weather delays a project, a customer needs to reschedule, and several jobs need to be reorganized at once. This is not a traditional clock-in, clock-out role. If an urgent situation requires a quick call outside your normal schedule to make sure a crew or customer is taken care of, you're expected to take ownership. Our technicians and subcontractors are the boots on the ground. You're the person who keeps them moving.
